5 ways to grow in humility:

1. Never brag about yourself.
2. Daily remind yourself of the cross.
3. Practice gratitude.
4. Focus on others.
5. Choose to encourage others.

A great way to approach anxiety:

Replace every “what if” question with an “even if” prayer.
