1. Faith is Confidence in God. Hebrews 11:1

CREATION: God is our Maker. ABEL: God is our Master. ENOCH: We are made for a relationship with God.  

2. “God-pleasing” faith is confidence in God's Benevolence. Hebrews 11:6
3. Unshakable faith holds onto an eternal point of view. Hebrews 11:13-16

• Examine my faith: Do I have confidence in God? In His benevolence? Do I have a consistently eternal point of view?
• When God doesn’t do what I want, how does that affect my faith?
• Try to identify several different ways I’ve seen God at work over the last year.
